Our story
Built by travelers, for travelers.
Caribbean Travel Tools brings together the most useful trip-planning utilities into one calm, fast and free dashboard.
Every Caribbean trip starts with the same questions: what's the weather doing, what's my money worth, when does my flight land, and do I need a visa? We got tired of jumping between five different sites — so we built one.

What We Built and Why
Caribbean Travel Tools is a free, all-in-one planning platform for anyone travelling to the Caribbean. We built it because planning a Caribbean trip used to mean jumping between five or six different websites — one for weather, one for flights, one for currency, one for visa rules, another for storm tracking. It was slow, frustrating and inconsistent. We put everything in one place and made it free.
What the Tools Cover
Our live weather map covers all major Caribbean islands and is updated continuously so you can see real conditions before and during your trip. The currency converter supports all major Caribbean currencies including the Barbadian Dollar, Jamaican Dollar, Eastern Caribbean Dollar, Trinidad and Tobago Dollar, and more — with rates updated daily. The live flight tracker shows real-time air traffic across the Caribbean region so you can monitor arrivals, departures and connections. Our hurricane tracker pulls live data from NOAA and the National Hurricane Center so you always know what is happening in the Atlantic during storm season. And our visa requirements page covers entry rules and permitted stay durations for every major Caribbean island — one of the most comprehensive free resources of its kind online.
Who This Is For
Caribbean Travel Tools is built for anyone planning a trip to the Caribbean — first timers figuring out which island to visit, regular travellers who want quick access to live data, expats monitoring conditions back home, and travel professionals who need a reliable one-stop reference. We are particularly useful for travellers during hurricane season who need to monitor storm activity alongside their flight and weather information in one place.
Our Commitment
All tools on this site use live data from trusted sources including Windy.com, FlightRadar24, NOAA and official central bank exchange rate feeds. We do not sell your data, we do not require sign-up and we do not put essential travel information behind a paywall. The site is supported by advertising which keeps everything free for users. We review and update our visa and entry requirements information regularly but always recommend confirming details with official government sources before you travel.
